Sheltering from the blustery London streets, a world away from the adjacent bustling Bank station, in a gorgeous and grand art-deco gem of a venue, gathered some greats of the event world for a two day Summer Show spectacular. Under a canopy of pink cherry blossom trees and colourful hanging lanterns, exhibitors set up displays of their excellence and offerings in the industry, showcasing astonishing venues, catering, entertainment and decor ideas for presentation to top corporate bookers and event agents.
Nestled between the adorable crew at Cuddle Club (including 3.5 year old Chubbs; literally the top dog and CEO of the dog focused workplace wellbeing company) and the beautiful florists at Hybrid Flowers, Poppy & Perle were lucky enough to have a show case of our own. A fantastic opportunity to make some connections in the industry as well as to decorate new clients, we got to display what we can offer to corporate summer parties and events with our unique adult face painting, bio glitter and henna designs.
We also painted the gorgeous girls from Hire A Dancer in preparation for their performances in the main hall and squeezed in a cherry blossom inspired part-body paint on our fabulous Sevil; one of our regular Poppy & Perle artists who also loves to be embellished by us!
A huge thank you to Story Events who managed the whole show exceptionally and for creating such a buzzing atmosphere and environment within which to gather inspirations, ideas and new contacts.
